WHEREAS it is in the best interests of society to allow its members to accept or reject contractual offers, AND those parties involved in a contract are best able to determine the worth of the goods or services rendered; AND those same parties can best determine what conditions said goods and services shall be rendered under; THEREFORE Let it be proclaimed that we, the legislature of this land of adults, will allow its citizens freedom, not bureacracy |

Message | Whilst we in the Manion Party agree that some of the policies above should be moderated, the outline tendered is simply a regression to the previous, equally unsuitable position. In order for us to support this bill, at this time, a more moderate stance would be needed, particularly in proposals 1 and 2. |
