| To stimulate the economy and attract forgien companies we propose to make third level education free of charge places will be given to those who get the best results on leaving 2nd level education and on how rich one's father is. |

However, this will make it so draft-dodgers will find a place to dodge too(of course, the only time we'd need a draft is if all of our neighbors suddenly turned on us and began pillaging our countryside.
