Description[?]:
(This bill was proposed by the minsiter of Finance Alex Scott) The central bank is an institution of the government, its authority comes from the government. As such, it would be normal for the duly elected government to have a say on it's decision. This is why we propose for the executive branch to have the capacity to overrule or impose decisions decisions over the Central Bank. Provision; Article 1) Upon the passage of this bill, the Prime Minister shall have the power to overrule any decision of the executive board of the central bank or impose any decision to it. Article 1)If it deems it necessary, the National Senate shall have the power to render void any decision of the Prime Minister as detailed in the article 1 by a simple majority vote |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
