The Labour Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Commonwealth of Mordusia (Mordusia). The Minister of Finance, Michael Donnelly, is introducing the following provisions: - 1,000MRD pay cut for Prime Minister - 2.5 billion increase to Foreign Affairs to increase development aid spending - 10 billion MRD increase for Health & Social Services in preparation for the repeal of CommonHealth - 10 billion MRD increase for Education & Culture to; - Boost state school teachers' salaries to 21MRD an hour - Fund internet access in rural areas for all schools by 5266 - Fund Canrillaise ability tests in all states from ages 4-16 - 5 billion MRD increase in Agriculture & Food to introduce; - New stamps on all food made in Mordusia by 5268 - 10,000MRD compensation for all large farmers effected by land redistribution - 3 billion MRD increase for Environment & Tourism to; - Fund a massive 50 million MRD scheme in partnership with Mordusian hotels and national park authorities to promote Mordusian tourism overseas - 5 million MRD goes to research for the ecological transition - 845 million given in state block grants for state environmental ministries - 4.1 billion MRD goes to developing new environmentally sustainable energy |
