Description[?]:
An aging population requires investment in Healthcare. This bill comes with the recent healthcare reforms: as our public healthcare system becomes more and more efficient, the life expectancy of the average sekowan increases and it is in the government's intention to make the last years of our elders as fun as possible, with free and highly functional public healthcare and with marijuana as a natural treatment for pain and terminal diseases. The cost can be paid with the surplus we already have Minister of Finance Abe Satoshi |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
