Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 5292

Description[?]:

As decreed by the constitution, the head of state of Aldegar is the Royal Divan. According to these provisions, the legislature is empowered to determine the composition of this body through the passage of a resolution with two-thirds support of the body.

The following individuals shall be appointed to the body ex-officio: a designated representative from each of Aldegar's four largest religious denominations (Yazdism, Zamānism, Daenism and Hosianism); the provincial leaders of all five provinces; the mayors of Aldegar's six "designated cities"; the Chief of the Constitutional Tribunal; the Speaker of the legislative; and the President.

OOC: This is a constitutional RP Law, as governed by Section 6 article 5 of the Game Rules (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8088). This bill establishes the Royal Divan as a collective head of state and details its composition.

The player that wins the head of state election has the right to RP the Royal Divan. For the sake of consistency and clarity, it is recommended that players have a ".", "-", or " " (ALT+255) as the head of state candidate.
