| Title:Trigunia Economic Development and Infrastructure Upgrades Act Section 1. Purpose and Intent The purpose of this Act is to authorize the use of 100 billion Raboles for the development of infrastructure and the promotion of economic growth in rural areas of Trigunia. Section 2. Allocation of Funds The 100 billion Raboles allocated under this Act shall be used for the following purposes: a) Upgrading infrastructure, including transportation networks, water supply systems, and telecommunications. b) Promoting economic growth and development in rural areas through the establishment of small businesses, agricultural enterprises, and tourism facilities. c) Improving access to education and healthcare services in rural areas. Section 3. Administration of Funds The Minister of Finance shall be responsible for administering the funds allocated under this Act. The Minister shall establish a committee to oversee the implementation of the projects and programs funded under this Act. Section 4. Reporting Requirements The Minister of Finance shall submit quarterly reports to the Parliament detailing the progress of the projects and programs funded under this Act. Section 5. Sunset Clause This Act shall expire 50 years from the date of enactment unless extended by the Parliament. Section 6. Enactment This Act shall take effect upon its enactment. This law would provide a framework for the government of Trigunia to utilize the 100 billion Raboles in a strategic and efficient manner to upgrade infrastructure, promote economic growth, and improve the quality of life in rural areas. |
