| An act to establish a secular and democratic presidential republic in Aldegar, abolishing clericalism and thinly veiled monarchism. The powers of the Royal Divan shall hereby be transferred to the office of the President of Aldegar, who shall serve as Head of State and Head of Government. A strict separation of powers shall be introduced. The presidential cabinet must receive the vote of confidence of the National Assembly, but ministers may not be members of the legislature, and they shall also lack the right of initiative.
