Section 1: Purpose and Scope

1.1 This Act aims to provide a mechanism for the urgent review and assessment of the state of emergency and martial law declared by the government.

1.2 The Act shall apply to all regions and jurisdictions within the country affected by the state of emergency and martial law.

Section 2: Review Committee Establishment

2.1 A Review Committee shall be established within 72 hours of the enactment of this Act.

2.3 The Committee shall operate independently and be responsible for conducting a thorough and impartial review of the state of emergency and martial law measures.

4.2 During the debate, members of parliament shall have the opportunity to thoroughly examine the Committee's findings, engage in discussions, and propose amendments if necessary.

4.3 The Parliament shall vote on whether to uphold, amend, or lift the state of emergency and martial law measures based on the recommendations of the Review Committee and the outcomes of the parliamentary debate.

4.4 A two-thirds majority vote of the Parliament shall be required to lift the state of emergency and martial law measures.

Section 5: Reporting and Transparency

5.1 The Review Committee shall prepare a comprehensive report documenting its review process, findings, and recommendations.

5.2 The report shall be made available to the public and published on the official website of the Parliament.

5.3 The government shall provide regular updates to the public on the progress and outcomes of the parliamentary debate and decision-making process.

Section 6: Sunset Clause

6.1 The state of emergency and martial law measures shall automatically expire if not renewed or extended by a two-thirds majority vote of the Parliament within 60 days of the enactment of this Act.

6.2 The Review Committee shall monitor and provide regular reports on the necessity and justification for any renewal or extension of the measures.

Section 7: Implementation

7.1 This Act shall come into effect immediately upon its passage in the Parliament.

7.2 The relevant government agencies shall cooperate fully with the Review Committee and provide all necessary information and resources for the review process.

7.3 Any conflicting legislation shall be amended accordingly to align with the provisions of this Act.
