The Manion Party would like our nation to take this opportunity to make the world a safer place, by restricting the arms trade, and the types of warfare we may engage in, and by supporting the military by creating a seperate police force. |

Proposed: The nation shall never purchase, produce, or store biological or chemical weaponry, for military purposes. Research and development of the technology is permitted.
