| DATED: 18 September 5337. FORUM REFERENCE: (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?p=185710#p185710) In response to the rioting and violence in Qart Qildar, Dep. Sigismondo Falzon and Gilzon Governor Kalċidon Matrenza met in Kesep, Gilzon. There, Dep. Falzon and Governor Matrenza agreed to the following, encouraging all parties of the Council of Deputies to do the same by voting in favour and signing below: THE KESEP AGREEMENT The undersigned individuals, on behalf of our respective parties, and in the interest of the Cildanian people who we have been elected to represent, agree that: 1. Cildania is the homeland of all her people and shall remain so forever. 2. Cildania is a constitutional democratic state, of free and self-governing citizens, which shall never fall under the tyranny of fascism, autocracy, or anarchism. 3. Differences between Cildania’s political groups, religious sects, and distinct communities must be resolved in a framework of mutual respect, dialogue, and democracy—and never through confrontation and violence. 4. Political leaders, in the interest of national unity, must refrain from making accusations or insinuations intended to damage the honour of another, or to damage the reputation of our nation with its international partners.
