Message | Mr. Speaker, The CNF believes that Article 3 is antithetical to the whole of the bill. Our caucus supports the decentralization of education nationwide but requiring the government to fully subsidize tuition will add millions if not billions of Likaths to our national debt - something this Assembly has worked tireless to decrease over the past few years. I yield the floor. |
Date | 18:34:49, July 28, 2023 CET | From | Republican Party of Likatonia | To | Debating the National Higher Education Act |
Message | Mr. Speaker, The Republican Party of Likatonia (RPL) believes the constructive criticisms of CNF to be rather unjustified on those grounds which are by no means contingent upon matters of ideological concern. Indeed, like our respective colleagues in CNF we too support the devolution of higher learning institutional to local governmental authorities with proper consideration for both the diversification and accessibility of their premises as can only be ensured by fully subsidized tuition. We humbly request that our colleagues in government reconsider their stance and adopt a position rooted in pragmatism. |
