| Message | Nicholas Unterberger, Federal Secretary of the DSDP: Dear Colleagues, the time in which religious organizations were treated the same as other organizations has ended a few months ago since a majority of the people here thought it was a good thing. Respectfully, it is not, and let me explain why. When leaving out religious institution and organizations in some sort of a no-tax area, the State is basically recognizing its limited sovereignty, ceded in favor of religious communities who sometimes think that they're above the State and its laws. This is the case especially when among religious organizations there are even fundamentalist ones: made up of communities who follow certain commandments in open violation of our laws and our Constitution. This is one reason. The other one is that, in DSDP's belief, everyone who make profit at the expense of someone, should pay taxes on that profit. It is then time for the State to regain its full sovereignty, and to restore fairness to our tax system: tax all profits made by religious organizations, expect for those collected for charity reasons. |

This bill is just fair and we don't see a reasonable rational argument against this proposal or Mr. Unterbergers argumentation. Dear KBD delegates, the current government may be led by the Hosiandemokraten but it also consists out of left and centrist influence. Our cabinet is very diverse because we want to have different influences and not just one. |

We are not going to act like puppets because someone can blackmail us. This cabinet is a comprosied cabinet and yet our colleagues didn't inform us about their interntions nor did they left sufficient time for a democratic discussion in Bundestag. As a party which strongly value democratic principles and genuine compromise, there is simply no alternative to it. Bundeschancellor, Florian Krause is ready for a snap election whenever it is needed. |
