How do they profit from the homeless people? Also if the homeless people don't want to go to private shelters then the governmental shelters are still existing. This bill is nor reducing governmental help at all. But why should you forbid private persons to engage themselves if there is no way how they could abuse their position without consequences (if they are abusing it what is not logical)?
