Article 1) AN highway connecting Chontalen and Grozvic should be built, with a total allocation of 5.5 B DUM. Article 2) The whole highway system should undergo works of special repairs and upgrades, with a total allocation of 13 B DUM. Article 3) The nation's railway system should undergo works of technological update of signals, electric network and security systems, with a total allocation of 8 B DUM. Article 4) A cabled, optical fibre of high-speed internet should be built across the nation, with a total allocation of 4 B DUM, and 25% of regional government's contribution. The total investment amounts to 30.5 Billion DUM, of which 13 are paid through the Federal Budget's surplus, and 17.5 are paid using the regular I&T budget funds. |
