BE IT RESOLVED - That the Head of State and their Loyal Cabinet has reacted accordingly by proclaiming/decreeing a set of laws and orders that are set below, that are to be followed accordingly by. ALL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND MINISTRIES - as directed by the Head of State. ARTICLE I | A new ministry shall be created inside the Ministry of National Defence, it shall be called, The Ministry of Armaments and National Mobilization (MANM) OR (ANM), the ministry is meant to mobilize the nation for any upcoming wars or unrest that are deemed by the current Head of State as inevitable. ARTICLE II | The new ministry shall have the authority to set factory regulations and output targets, have the power to mobilize the workers and businesses, pull slave and child labourers from other programs and departments, allocate spending inside the ministry of national defence when authorized by the Head of State, build new factories and set worker standards, convert the economy into a war economy by any means necessary if declared necessary for the survival of the nation, and prepare monetary policies and the civilians for a possible or current state of war with a foreign power. ARTICLE III | New laws shall be put in place as determined by the Head of State and shall be voted on by the Presidium. ARTICLE IV | A General Mobilization shall be declared, soldiers and officers shall be enlisted and commissioned until the number of personnel inside the armed forces has reached the desired amount of 2,500,000 enlisted personnel, 1,000,000 is the maximum that can be enlisted each year, enlistments shall not exceed the number set. ARTICLE V | Defence Spending shall IMMEDIATELY be authorized 600,000,000,000 (NED) in extra spending, and an extra 300,000,000,000 (NED) shall be spent on various ministries as directed by the Head of State. ARTICLE VI | 10,000,000 extra peoples are to be worked into the defence industry, they shall either be slave or normal workers, if the current number of military factories aren't able to hold the number of peoples set to be worked, then new factories and facilities shall be built, to enable more civilians and undesirable aliens to work. HENCEFORTH - This decree/proclamation shall be put forward for a referendum of acknowledgement inside the Imperial Presidium, this referendum shall be. RESOLVED - with a 40% in favor vote. WHEREAS - if such referendum is rejected, it shall be considered dead unless debated upon again. |
