Message | We agree with NZP. Some so-called "cults" are dangerous for society. However dear colleagues, we have to differentiate: Legalizing cults doesn´t make all their actions legal. If a cult violates the law it might be banned or depending on the violation of the law maybe punished in another way. Retaining the old law has a major collateral damage. If you ban all cults you also ban the "non-hazardous" cults. That is restricting the peoples "freedom to choose their beliefs" as mentioned by the Kommunistischen Kongress. To summarize: This law doesn't allow cults that perform criminal actions but allows the people to belief in what they want as long as it is not performing illegal actions. |
