MessageWe were foolish enough to believe that the government would not abuse its power. We were wrong, we therefore propose a revokation of the Eminent domain act which the Prime Minister has abused.

MessageBlind is the right word. The preamble stated "Before the government can complete a nationalisation program, we need to reform the laws on Eminent Domain." So we seize an area to carry out a nationalisation program, which unfortunately included Balderstone Hall, and we are somehow 'abusing power'?

The choice for the Balderstone Hall area was not a party decision, but recommended by the experienced civil servants as the most effective position for hte power station.

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action.
