MessageRegional in nature, why not?

This goes against the ultra religious fanatical ideals that we have waaay too much of now but is left to the local government to decide and that's what it's all about isn't it?
we will support this bill

MessageGambling has been illegal for centuries and it was approved by this tribal council. I should know since I introduced the bill back in 2064 I believe. I will produce it for you if you like?

Messagewe oppose regionalising gambling. we believe that the country should move forward together. Casinos bring money and if some tribes are richer than others it could lead to a big wealth divide in the country, causing insecurity.

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there.

Random quote: "Apparently, a democracy is a place where numerous elections are held at great cost without issues and with interchangeable candidates." - Gore Vidal
