Introduction:
The purpose of this bill is to improve the welfare and protection of employees, as well as to ensure equal opportunities in the labor market. With the measures listed below, we wish to strengthen social democratic values and principles.

1. Raising the minimum wage:
1.1. We are raising the minimum wage with immediate effect so that it better reflects living standards and economic conditions.
1.2. Carry out reviews at regular intervals and make further increases if necessary.

2. Working hours and work-life balance:
2.1. Provide flexible working hours and home office options for employees so that they can more easily reconcile work and their private lives.
2.2. Support benefits and measures for parents, such as longer maternity and paternity leave.

3. Protection of the rights of employees:
3.1. Strengthen workers' rights against discrimination, harassment and exploitation.
3.2 Provide employees with appropriate working conditions, such as safe workplaces and adequate physical and mental health protection.

4. Social security:
4.1. Expand the social security system so that workers can enjoy broad protection in the event of illness, unemployment and pensions.
4.2. Let's support social aid and support for those in need.

5. Equal opportunities in the labor market:
5.1. Create programs and grants to improve equal opportunities in the labor market, especially for disadvantaged groups.
