Whereas the currently amended Act of State Council is vague in it's interpretation of ideology and nature of parties and political organization; Whereas the currently amended Act of State Council maintains no legal avenue for remedy of banned parties; Whereas the currently amended Act of State Council runs fouls with the current constitutional order established by the grace of HM through the interpretation of HM's appointed government; Whereas the current interpretation of the Act of State Council is vague in shape, form, and interaction of political rights, opening HM and HM's nation to violation of international law and norm; Whereas the previous Act of State Council is nearly 100 years old and has yet unable to be used in an effective way to stop extremism and anti-monarchial sentiments; This Act of the State Council hereby enacts: Article 1 - This Act of the State Council revokes any previous articles or provisions of the Act of State Council; Article 2 - This Act of the State Council prohibits the formation of anti-democratic, anti-constitutional and/or anti-monarchal political parties, organizations, union or action group in claims either by ideology and/or nature; Article 3 - This Act of the State Council shall establish His Majesty's Office for the Protection of the Constitution (Seine Majestäten Amt für Verfassungsschutz) as a dedicated agency responsible for safeguarding the constitutional order, democratic principles, and national security. ---§ 3.1 - The primary purpose of the Office is to monitor and counter activities that pose a threat to the constitutional and democratic foundations of the State, including but not limited to extremist ideologies, terrorism, and espionage. ---§ 3.2 - The Office shall have the authority to collect, analyze, and assess information related to activities that may undermine the constitutional order. ---§ 3.3 - The Office is empowered to cooperate with other national and international intelligence and security agencies to address threats to the State's security. ---§ 3.4 - The Office shall be accountable to His Majesty and the constitutional authorities. ---§ 3.5 - Regular audits and oversight mechanisms shall be established to ensure the Office operates within the confines of the law and respects the rights of citizens. ---§ 3.6 - Reports on the activities of the Office shall be presented to the parliamentary committees on transparency and accountability Article 4 - .This Act of the State Council establishes His Majesty's Courts are empowered to review and decide on the legality of organizations suspected of engaging in activities that threaten the constitutional order, democratic principles, and national security. Article 5 - Any individual found guilty of violating the provisions of the State Defense Law, including but not limited to espionage, treason, or acts that directly undermine national security, shall be subject to legal penalties, which may include but not limited to imprisonment, fines, or other forms of legal consequences as prescribed by His Majesty's Courts. Article 6 - This act of the State Council can be revoked by a simple majority in the State Council.
