Message | Mr Speaker, We are proposing these slight changes to our foreign policy. We hope that the 2nd Deputy Prime Minister & Foreign Affairs Minister Caroline Forbes will co-operate with us on this issue. With regard to article 2 we are proposing that a standard background check is provided before the issuing of a passport, such as a review or criminal records.
