MessageWe believe that this act is of utmost importance for the country by the following reasons regarding:

- Article 1: There should exist a robust public option for healthcare, it should not, however, be limitations towards the existence of competent private companies in the area as a way to ensure the effectiveness of both the public and private insurance companies through competition.

- Article 2: It should be clearly stated the desire of the deceased regarding it's posthumous integrity, it is ungiving for th government to assume the deceased persons desire over their own body.

- Article 3:There should be no subsidy unless necessary, in order to not cause unnecessary burden to the government finances. If there is no big damage to a persons revenue by purchasing pharmaceutical drugs, then it should not be obligatory for the government to pay for it.

- Article 4: There should be a government policy regarding drug usage, it should be illegal to consume heavy drugs as recreational drugs, it should not, however, be prohibited the usage of light drugs which cause no heavy impact in individual or societal integrity.

- Article 5: People shouldn't be prohibited to smoke if there is no problem between both parties for one to smoke. It should however, as a way to prevent smoking accidents and to avoid any discomfort for the whole public, to provide a smoking area.

MessageArticle 2 is already part of a bill that would take effect sooner than this one. So, as a matter of coherency, we ask that this article be taken away, so that we can vote in the affirmative in regards to the other parts of this bill.

MessageI'm terribly sorry by missing out on the fact that Article 2 was already included in a previous accepted bill. I fear, however, that since the bill has proceeded to a vote already, that it is not possible to amend the bill. I'd like to inquire if the incoherence present in the bill would make it impossible for the bill to be passed.

MessageTaken that into account the PSL's point, we will vote in the affirmative sense
