Article 1:
- The lower house shall be renamed to The House of Representatives

Article 2:
- The upper house shall be re-established and named The Senate

Article 3:
- The Parliament of The Commonwealth is being renamed to The Congress of The Commonwealth

Article 4:
- The Office of The Prime Minister will be abolished and all powers will return to the President of The Commonwealth
