| Due to the ongoing situation in Ikradon, President Mikhail Pisanivovich under the authority of the Emergencies Act 5203 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=680100) has declared a State of War for the regions bordering the border with Ikradon, and a State of Siege for the entire state of Celania and the south of Lirnak. This act is to confirm the President's request. In addition, this act is also to approve any possibility of intervention in the ongoing situation with Ikradon for the duration of their emergency. Note that this act shall be automatically renewed until the situation in Ikradon is resolved. A two-thirds majority is requested to pass this bill. |
