| Mr. President, The so called "Don't ask, Don't tell" policy is a gift to our enemies. It inculcates a policy of secrecy among fellow soldiers which demoralises our troops, as well as handing the advantage to the enemy with opportunities for blackmail. We need the best troops in the best roles, serving the best nation on Terra. That is why we are also proposing to assess military recruits on ability and willingness to serve, and no criteria other than that. Time to strengthen our armed forces.
