| Message | No, per un semplice motivo: se aumentiamo il numero di proposte accumulabili, un partito che si logga ogni 3-4 giorni propone una unica legge usando tutte le proposte accumulate, mantendendo la sua visibilità alta. Alle elezioni allora avrà ancora molti seggi, togliendo la possibilità ai giocatori attivi di giocare seriamente visto ke non si possono votare le leggi in modo vero, cosa che sta già in parte accadendo ora con PNC. E metterne 12 all'anno fa il paio, perché così si aggiunge una proposta disponibile al mese (ossia ogni 4 ore): se fossero di più, il solito utente inattivo riesce a proporre più maxi-leggi. Fidatevi, parlo per esperienza. PS: eppoi non mi pare che ci siano così tante leggi da proporre. |
