Point 1 The title of the presiding officer of the national legislature Speaker 1 a The official title of the legislative assembly. - Maliviyan Legislative Assembly or Malviya People's Free Congress or Pratinidhi Sabha Appointment & Spekaer election Is done through election ,which is done through rp & bill must be proposed & subject to approval a speaker be appointed Min 2/३ (2/ 3) votes required to appoint speaker Point 2 The title of the presiding officer of the national legislature Under the Powers vested in me as a Parliamentarian as stated in the laws of the game( Section 22), I hereby move a motion that a Constitutional RP law which requires a 2/3rds majority, just like the in-game mechanic constitutional laws to be debated in this honourable house and voted upon. Under the game laws as per section 22(4)3, I hereby move that legislators address the chamber in a specified way such as Mr Speaker or Madam Speaker depending on the gender/sex of the Speaker. The Speaker can be referred also as "House Speaker". A member of parliament can be seen as someone occupying a seat in parliament or Political Parties with Seats in Parliament. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Section s 1- The Election of the Speaker shall occur after every election which can be proposed by any political party and simply require a simple majority vote(51%) in parliament to pass and be valid. (B)- Where there is a tie in votes in parliament on the election of House Speaker, the President & vice President of Malivia will then select the Speaker of Parliament Section sps 3 - The Powers Vested in the Speaker of Parliament is to Preside over all settings of Parliament and is also considered as Chairman of Parliament. (A)- The Speaker of Parliament can discipline members of the Parliament if they use unparliamentary language in debates or engage in acts that breach the rules of the game under Sections 1,4 and 7. (B)- The Speaker of Parliament can determine that a member holding a seat in parliament to be void where they appear to be "party sitters through game moderation. Players who, over a prolonged period (usually meaning a minimum of 3 IG years/6 RL days) are just logging in but not voting on bills or contributing to debates, will be judged to be essentially not playing the game. (C)- The Speaker of Parliament can take disciplinary measures against members of parliament where they are in breach of game rules under section 8 and 22 through the moderator Section 3d- The Speaker of Parliament will appoint someone to be his/her Deputy. (A)- The Deputy Speaker will perform same functions of the Speaker and also has the same powers to which they will execute in the absence of the House Speaker or where the House Speaker has breached the rules of the game or inactive. Point 10 salaries of members of parliament and/or government. -Members of parliament and/or government are entitled to a comparatively average salary. Point 11 title of the head of government, who chairs the cabinet. -Prime Minister or पंतप्रधानांची (Pantpradhan) Point 12 The formal title of the Head of State. -Rashtrapati ( राष्ट्रपती) sangh ke adhyaksh (President of the Union) Point 13 Procedure on the election of the legislative presiding officer -The presiding officer of the national legislature is elected by fellow lawmakers and is expected to be non-partisan and impartial. Should be between 75 and 750. 650 Point 22 appointment of mayors. -Citizens elect their mayor directly in a local election (rp to be done) Alternatives: This Bill will not be passed unless it has the approval of 2/3rd Majority (66%) votes in Parliament and cannot be repealed or amended unless it has a simple majority approval from parliament |
