| My dear colleagues. It is the believe of the union that Deltaria should bring back the constitutional monarchy of the past, wherein we shall have a monarch with no power but who can act as a unifying figure to our people and, as can be seen in international diplomacy, interact with the various other royals across the globe. We recognize that opinion on this is different within our United Deltaria coalition, but we believe it is the best course for our people and nation. Under this change, the federalism instilled in the country shall be maintained and the monarch will be purely symbolic. In this endeavour, we shall invite the crown prince of the house of Georgijević-Tesař, Denis Aleksić, to sit on the Imperial Throne. We shall change the name of the country to "Veliko Carstvo Deltarije (Deltaria)" also known in Luthorian as the Grand Empire of Deltaria |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, As noted, the KDU is highly in favor of returning to a constitutional monarchy. We believe it could significantly benefit our international standing and help in diplomacy. We therefor ask all within the United Deltaria coalition to vote in favor. We do recognize that the KPD is hesitant to support measures like these. Let me assure my colleagues that if they support this measure, we shall always support them in efforts on healthcare and social justice, just like we have done before. | Message | DNS Floor Leader Havel Ptacek: DNS is indifferent to the idea of monarchy in general terms. Neither hereditary succession to authority nor our own history with monarchy have any successes to recommend it. This bill however does not threaten us with hereditary succession to power. This bill also does not undermine the supremacy of the Congress of Deputies which we believe is fundamental to protecting the rights of the Sovereign People. Accordingly DNS will vote for this bill should it be brought forward. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, At this time, the KPD wishes to stress its commitment to the maintenence of a republic and thus the political status quo. In the event that these wishes are ignored, my fellow colleagues in the cabinet along with the representatives of the KPD in whoms presence are assembled shall tender their resignation and boycott further secessions. Furthermore, the KPD will establish a government of its own undertaking to further the interests of workers and farmers complete with a separate police and military. The KPD will however standby til the bill has either passed or been rejected. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, While we understand if the KPD does not wish to vote in favor, the threat of creating a shadow state is not one that we shall accept. If the KPD does launch these actions, the government must take action in preventing it. |
