MessageID cards are utterly pointless unless mandatory and therefore waste money.

Mandatory cards are an overextension of state power and therefore none at all is the best solution!

MessageId cards are very convenient , there are numerous situations in life where they save a lot of hassle they should be available but not forced.

MessageThis bill is ridiculous. WTF is wrong with ID cards? THEY DON'T CONTAIN ANY PRIVATE INFORMATION! They just record things like your name and address, which anyone could find out by looking in a damn PHONE BOOK.
