Description[?]:

On the advice of the Security Council of Davostag (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=697818), the Riksdag, the Government and the Rikspresident will hereby reverse the act of Absolving the State Emergency (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=702098) and the segments mentioned in Krigstillståndsförklaringen (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=701560) will remain in place. The Security Council have warned the executive, lead by the Rikspresident and aided by the Premier, that elements that wish the harm and destruction of Davostag remains and are at large. While Rikspresident Julia Neusohn have made it clear that she wishes for the return of presidential elections, the conflict in Kirlawa is not yet over and the aggression made by the Kundrati-led coalition continues. Krigstillståndsförklaringen makes it clear that the state emergency will only absolve once a peace treaty that ensures the security and continuing peace for Davostag is in place. The powers delegated to the Rikspresident in the Charter of the Republic (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=699742) remains in place.
