The Honourable, Speaker of the Imperial Diet invited the Right Honourable Prime Minister to come for a session of questions from the Imperial Parliament to His Majesty's Cabinet. Any Member of the Imperial Parliament, other than the Cabinet, may ask questions to any member of His Majesty’s Government or to the Prime Minister who will be obliged to answer this question as soon as possible (maximum 12 months). The Member of the Imperial Parliament speaking will be obliged to notify his Chamber [MID (Diet) or MIS (Senate)] at the end of his speech, notify if he has a title of nobility, his constituency or peerage and appoint the Speaker at the beginning of his speech.
