This constitutional amendment, which requires a 2/3 majority to be enacted and can be removed by a simple majority of the Legislature, shall constitutionally restore the office of the Prime Minister of the Kundrati Union.

Article I: On the powers of the Prime Minister
>The Prime Minister shall have the power of the Government and shall rule with advice and help from their Cabinet, comprising 15 ministers and their department secretaries and other persons the Prime Minister or the specific Cabinet minister sees fit to include, alongside the Vice President as the representative of the President of Kundrati.
>>The Cabinet members shall have the authority to act from their prerogative upon their assigned ministries
>>Cabinet members shall be appointed by the Prime Minister upon approval of the Legislature
>The Prime Minister may declare a national emergency or martial law only on the advice of the Defence Minister, who shall represent the Armed Forces, the President, who shall represent the Executive branch, and the Head of the Supreme Court, who shall represent the Judicial branch
>>A martial law bill or a bill declaring a national emergency must be passed with a two-thirds majority from the National Assembly for the Prime Minister to gain these powers for the duration of the emergency

Article II: On appointment and removal of the Prime Minister
> A simple majority of the Legislature shall elect the Prime Minister and shall be confirmed after every first session of the Legislature
>If the Prime Minister dies, is incapacitated, or otherwise cannot exercise the functions of the Government and their job, the Cabinet shall appoint an Acting Prime Minister for the duration of the incapacity or until the next scheduled elections
>>The Acting Prime Minister shall hold all the powers of the Prime Minister
>The Prime Minister may be removed by a simple majority of the Legislature
>>If the simple majority of the Legislature removes a Prime Minister, the replacement government must provide an alternative Prime Minister-designate who shall become the Prime Minister if the other person in the role is removed
>>>If no alternative is provided, then early elections must be called
>>The Acting Prime Minister may also be removed by a simple majority of the Legislature with the effect of early elections

Article III: On implementation
>This bill shall be implemented by a two-thirds majority of the Legislature
>The bill shall replace any portion of the constitution that may conflict with the bill alongside any other laws and statutes that conflict with the bill
