An Act for the promotion of a fair and democratic economy; and for purposes connected therewithin. [2nd March 5485] 1. Policy on Democratic Workers’ Councils The formation of Workers’ Councils will be incentivised through the provision of tax reductions and state subsidies. 2. Policy on Corporate Boards At least two-thirds of the members on any corporate board must be selected by the company’s employees to represent their interests. 3. Short Name This Act may be cited as the Democratic Economy Act 5485. |
