| Message | Would this violence not simply be replaced by other forms such as knives? Additionally, how is this law to be implemented, and what measures is the Left-Green Alliance to take to ensure that an illegal firearm market does not develop in Beluzia, dangerous to citizens whom abide by this law and do not own a firearm themselves? |

| Message | Those who do currently possess firearms are not criminals, indeed they have been fully licensed by the State to do so. It would be a stretch of the imagination to believe that these people would either a) instantly turn to knife crime or b) would explore the illegal firearms trade. Removing further firearms from society has the advantage of reducing theft specifically of firearms for criminal purposes. Will move to vote as to not interrupt the election cycle with legislation. - National Executive Committee |

| Message | We never described citizens as "instantly" turning to knife crime, but you must admit that there will be many citizens who will be against this bill even if it passes, and whom will most certainly not be willing to give up what is theirs, leading to potentially significant consequences in the long-term. You also speak of criminals, whom, should this bill pass, will be the only ones possessing firearms, posing a much greater threat to the majority of citizens than they do today. |
