This nation has had a space project for some time, yet to my knowledge its achievements have been negligable. We should, therefore, contract them to make a specific achievement, perhaps putting a man into space. |

Message | We can set the broad goals, though. We spend tons of money on this agency, we have to have some control on the purpose of the spending! I think the TPP has an excellent point. We would support either sending a person into space or sending a series of unmanned probes to collect scientific data. |
