MessageComplete overhaul.

No taxes for people earning under 42000KDI
Progressive tax rates, with top rate of 35% for the richest.

This will greatly benefit those on low incomes

MessageIf you look at the GIni curves, the low rates of tax make no difference at all - This basically does the following:

1) abolishes the 1% band
2) abolishes the 3% band
3) reduces the 13% band to 10%
4) reduces the 22% band to 20%
5) adds a new Higher band, which affects only the very richest earners, at 35%

Random fact: When your party holds the foreign affairs department, you can create new treaties. However, before writing anything new, it is a good idea to search for existing treaties which already accomplish what you desire.

Random quote: "The only difference between the Republican and Democratic parties is the velocities with which their knees hit the floor when corporations knock on their door. That's the only difference." - Ralph Nader
