As we watch the resolve of the people of Likatonia be skillfully undermined by politicians of opportunity, we propose the following to ensure the essence of our populace remains in place for a millenia. |

Current: Local governments are required to operate forestry agencies, which own and manage all forest land.
Proposed: There is a national agency which owns and manages all forest land.

Current: All government employees have to promise political independence.
Proposed: Government employees are selected and appointed in a political way.
