Message | What difference does it make if the family is large and rich? Surely with that extra wealth, they can afford more children. Why can't just poor families receive child benefits? What is so wrong with that? Why must you force our welfare resources into avenues which only benefit the rich? Anyway, what kind of rich family has a large number of children? Demographically speaking, the largest families are also poor. |

Message | We just intend to expand welfare to the lower middle class. After all, the poverty line is not always a good measure of how poor someone is. We will not extend welfare to the upper clases. |
