Debate

Message | The key changes are as follows: 1. A strong reduction in spending on the head of government. TRA10,000,000 is plenty to fund a secretary, a driver, maybe commission a few studies and reports, pay for an office etc; 2. A strong reduction in spending on the department of finance. TRA50,000,000 is more than enough to pay for everything that the department of finance needs to do; 3. Halving the budget for the justice department. It seems absurd that we should need to spend as much on wigs for the judiciary as we do on tanks; 4. Elimination of pointless socialist, make-work, bullshit, subsidy-sucking, special-interest-catering departments that are so far outside the legitimate function of government that it makes my head hurt. We hope that all of you, well at least enough to pass the bill, appreciate the importance of this spending cut. |
