This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

The responsibilites of Environment and Tourism will be conducted by the Independent Capitalist Party

| Message | This is an old cabinet, I am putting it to vote to merely clear it. Please abstain. And, by the way, I am going to make a new ICP-FCP cabinet proposal if FCP approves. This was because FCP had controlled the entire cabient and obviously we were at odds for a while. |
