Message | What kind of self respecting lefist advocates nuclear proliferation? And we just changed Article 1, so we won't be doing that any time soon. |

Message | The Telamon Left does not know what a LEFIST is, but we assume our comrades in the MLP mean Leftist. The Telamon Left recognizes the danger Telamon and the island Province of Migadon is in. Perhaps the MLP is unaware, but our national claims to the island of Migadon is actively and aggressively being placed under threat by the Likatonian government. We refer the distinguished Parliament to the party organ of the Likatonian Fascist Front (LFF) for more information: http://www.takeforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6540&mforum=particracy Taking this into consideration, the Telamon Left would like to inquire as to what kind of self-respecting national leadership would not act accordingly in such a time of crisis? Our nation must be defended, and we consider these proposals justified. |

Message | We apologize for the typo and any stress it may have caused the TL. While we weren't aware of the situation involving Likatonia until recently (OOC: I haven't been checking the forum or heard anything about this until earlier today), we are taking necessary steps to deal with it including an alliance with some neighboring nations. The party that was favoring the invasion of Migadon is no longer in control of the country, so the threat is somewhat neutralized right now. However, we still of course must remain on guard. That does not mean rebuilding our nuclear arsenal, which would only cause an arms race and increase tensions. |

Message | I think calling the TL a 'lefist' was entirely understandable, judging by the apoplexy spreading across the House. Whilst the Conservative party recognises the merits of an independent nuclear deterent, we are not actively seeking a change in government policy; nor would we ever implement national service unless faced with WWIII. I have been aware of the situation with Likatonia and I believe the MLP has begun the peace process for that region on the right steps. Furthermore, I do believe that we should recognise and support the independence of the Grand Duchy of Keymon (I think that's what it's called). I would hope than any party in parliament, seats or not (then how could they be in parliament--I don't know--just go on), would support the government in the event of war. Again there are lessons to be learnt from Britain. (40's and 80's) Random quote: 'You lefist, you!' |

Message | The TL will wear its new badge as a lefist proudly (lol). The Telamon Left will not stand back for anything, or wait for stuffed-shirts behind closed doors to decide the fate of our glorious nation. We must display our strength so that the the world will tremble before our might. |

Message | The LFF is no longer in control and Telamon is not in iminent danger (and even if it was we wouldn't vote for Article 2). We vote no. |

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost. |
