The judiciary should be free to sanction the use of capital punishment for the most wicked of crimes. These are committed by criminals who are beyond rehabilitation and who clearly demonstrated what they think of humanity. |

Message | CPP, death is not too easy. You'll notice in countries where the death penalty is operated that defence lawyers always try and commute a death sentence to a life sentence. If death were the easy option, wouldn't defence lawyers be trying to change life sentences into death sentences? |
