| This bill, should it be passed by simple majority vote in the Dorvik Senate, acknowledges the following: 1) Aloria does not hold any legitimate claim to the Dorvakian Territory of Kordusia, and thus may not claim to do so or take it by force. 2) Dorvik does not hold any legitimate claim to the Alorian Region of Kurmal, and thus may not claim to do so or take it by force. The Treaty will formally take effect once ratified by the Senate, and the Alorian Parliament. NOTE: The Foreign Ministry has accepted that Dorvik must pass this crucial piece of legislation in order for the Treaty to be sent to the Alorian Parliament. |
