MessageWe think that Article 3 goes too far. Proven falsehoods should not be permitted, and even when our libel laws offer some protection, the potential for distress, and the message this sends to the papperazi and the gutter press, cannot be sanctioned. It is a shame, as all three other articles are very much supported by our party faithful.
