Message | What is the rationale for giving disproportionate power to smaller regions? A neutral algorithm would be acceptable. All the other changes are acceptable. |

Message | This Act mostly returns the constitution to the state it was in previously. I know the wording sounds undemocratic but actually if you look at the number of seats in relation to the number of votes, the system was more balanced when the system was slightly biased towards the smaller regions. |
