MessageWe only like the charge regulations, as it is important to keep these monopolistic companies from using their market dominace too much.
However, we don't feel it is the state's job to pay for people's phone bills.. they ought to use the phone less if they can't afford it.
If there is a possibility of a bill just addressing the price regulations, we would vote for it, but as it currently stands, we cannot support
