Proposed: The government does not maintain any forms of higher education.

Old value:: The government allows public and private higher education institutions to coexist with self-regulation for those that are private.
Current: The government allows private higher education but regulates it to meet nationally set standards.
Proposed: The government does not fund any public higher education institutions, permitting only private higher education institutions to exist.

Old value:: The government subsidizes higher education tuition to a certain amount, the rest is covered by the individual students. This includes scholarship programs.

| Message | This creates an equal state, where all children are given the opportunity to go to the school of their choice, paid partially for by the government for everyone. It saves government funds by not having to maintain costly schools, and reduces big government. I hope that everyone can appreciate this compromise, and the reasons behind it. |
