Bill: MLP Humane Extradition Treaties Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Telamon Patriots' Bloc
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 2260
Description[?]:
Telamon is a nation where capital punishment and torture is not allowed and rightly so. However, as the law currently exists, it is perfectly legal for the government to sign an extradition treaty with another nation that says we will send other human beings to be tortured and to their deaths. The MLP will not allow Telamon to be even partially responsible for the execution or torture of other humans, and MLPHETA assures that this will never happen. |

Random fact: Moderation will not approve a Cultural Protocol request within the first 48 hours of it being requested. This is in order to give other players a chance to query the proposed changes, if they wish to do so. Moderation may be approached for advice on a proposed change, but any advice proffered should always be understood under the provisio that no final decision will be made until at least 48 hours after the request has been formally submitted for approval. |
