| We prepose the introduction of a new Biometric identity card. All citizens will be required to card there identity card at all times. Failure to produce a valid Identity card will result in a minmum 12 month jail sentance. |

| Message | We agree that Citizens should be issued identity cards to prove their citizenship and they should be checked when exercising citizenship rights, such as voting. Other Subjects should have a different ID card which they are mandated to carry at all times. |
